cancellation policy – scheduled flights
Changes and cancellations for our scheduled service can be made at no charge up to 24 hours prior to departure time and must be made by calling Saltspring Air toll free 1-877-537-9880 or local 537-9880. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable for cancellations and changes within the 24 hour period. Customers who do not show up for their flight will forfeit the fare paid.
frequent flyers cancellation policy
For passengers that have purchased a book of Frequent Flyer tickets, changes and cancellations can be made at no charge up to 12 hours prior to departure time and must be made by calling Saltspring Air toll free 1-877-537-9880 or local 537-9880. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable for cancellations and changes within the 12 hour period. Frequent Flyers who do not show up for their flight will forfeit the fare paid.
